Shandong Province is located in the eastern coastal region of China. It is a major economic province in China with developed industry and agriculture, and the overall scale of its plastic industry ranks among the top in the country. Currently, relying on local petrochemical enterprises such as Qilu Petrochemical, Qing Refinery, and Jinan Refinery, Shandong's downstream product industry is relatively developed and holds a significant position in the domestic product industry. Among them, the production of plastic films, pipes, profiles, and daily-use plastic products in the Shandong region accounts for a high proportion of the total plastic products in the province and is developing rapidly. As Shandong is a major province in China, the production of agricultural plastic products holds a dominant position. As a province with rapid agricultural development, the demand and post-processing volume of agricultural films in Shandong Province year by year, and currently, its sales volume of agricultural films ranks first. In recent years, Shandong has widely promoted the protected cultivation of vegetables and encouraged vegetable exports. Therefore, addition to the original key areas of agricultural film use such as Zibo, Liaocheng, and Linyi, a group of concentrated areas for agricultural film consumption has emerged, Shouguang, Yantai, and Laiyang. Changle County in Weifang, Shandong, is the largest plastic bag production, processing, and export base in North China Its products are exported to more than 40 countries and regions, including Europe, America, Africa, Australia, and Southeast Asia. Among the more than 300 varieties the four major series of bags, pipes, films, and boards in the county's plastic industry, the plastic bag series is the flagship product.
